Details
This program is ideal for students passionate about working with children of all ages. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of children’s emotional, physical, social, and cognitive development while designing and implementing age-appropriate learning activities.
Key Features Include:
- Hands-On Experience: Work directly with children in both preschool labs and classroom environments.
- Dual Enrollment: Take college-level courses through Bay Mills Community College during the first year, guided by an RESA teacher.
- Credential Opportunities: Earn certifications that increase employability, such as:
- CPR/First Aid
- Childhood Development Associate (CDA)
- Youth Development Associate (YDA)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
