UPCED

U.P. Center for Educational Development

Formed in 1986 as a collective effort between seven U.P. Intermediate School Districts and Northern Michigan University, UPCED was charged to address common educational issues. Marquette-Alger RESA has managed UPCED since 2008, with membership spanning seven Upper Peninsula ISDs, Bay College, Gogebic Community College, and NMU.

Strategic Goals

UPCED operates on a 5-year strategic planning cycle with annual monitoring and adjustment.
