MI Tri-Share Child Care
Child care costs split three ways
Through MI Tri-Share, the cost of child care is shared equally among the employer, the employee, and the State of Michigan. Your child care cost is reduced by 66%.

How It Works
Offers Tri-Share as an employee benefit. Deducts employee share via payroll and submits combined payment to MARESA.
Eligible families with household income between 201-325% of Federal Poverty Level. Any licensed provider, ages 0-17.
The state covers the final third through MiLEAP. MARESA serves as the Upper Peninsula facilitator hub.
