Early On Program Services

Early Childhood · Birth to 36 Months

Helping Children Ages 0 to 3

The Early On Program evaluates and supports children who are not developing at the same rate as their peers. When a child seems slow in doing things such as smiling, sitting up, or speaking, Early On is here to help.

Early On serves infants and toddlers from birth to 36 months with developmental delays or conditions that could lead to such delay. It has been well established that early intervention is an effective way to prevent or reduce problems for children at a later age.

Early On is offered through the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP), in collaboration with the Michigan Department of Education and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
