What Is Day of AI?
Day of AI is an AI literacy program powered by MIT RAISE (Responsible AI for Social Empowerment and Education) that brings free, hands-on AI curriculum to K-12 classrooms. MARESA is hosting a 2-day immersive event for educators across our region.
Over two days, you'll explore what AI is, how it works, how to teach it responsibly, and how to integrate AI literacy into your existing curriculum — with all materials provided free and open-source by MIT.
“The AI genie is out of the bottle. It is affecting all aspects of society. It's critical for all students to have AI literacy if they are going to be using computers, or really, almost any type of technology.”
— Dr. Cynthia Breazeal, MIT Professor & founder of MIT RAISE
