31N Mental Health Therapy

Many students are battling increased anxiety, social anxiety, bullying, and depression. Consequently, parents and guardians are seeing a decrease in their child’s overall wellbeing, academics, and desire to participate in activities that they used to enjoy. 31n therapists help students develop coping skills, help to decrease their symptoms of anxiety or depression, navigate the school relationships and expectations, and work through difficult life events. Students in grades K-12 with mild to moderate mental health concerns are eligible for treatment.
