Support the Superior Shores classroom teacher working with adolescents facing behavioral and mental health challenges — implementing behavior intervention plans with trauma-informed care. High school diploma or GED required. Compensation is set by the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Design and provide specialized instruction in academics, social competence, and independence for students with emotional/behavioral challenges at Teaching Family Homes — developing IEPs and behavior intervention plans with the education team. Requires a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with a K-12 special education endorsement.

An independent-contractor role (about 10 hours per week) strengthening family well-being for the Kids-R-Us braided Strong Beginnings/GSRP classroom in Gwinn — building trusting relationships, connecting families with community resources, and keeping proactive monthly contact with every enrolled family.

Conduct special education eligibility evaluations, serve on IEP teams, and help lead Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) implementation across local school districts to support students' social, emotional, and educational needs. Compensation is set by the MEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Provide therapeutic intervention and behavior support to students with developmental disabilities in educational settings, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and collecting progress data under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
