The goal of the U. P. Homeless Student Assistance Program is to provide technical assistance and professional development aimed at improving the academic achievement of children and youth experiencing homelessness. Collaborative partnerships have been established to facilitate, strengthen, and expand the accessibility of supports and services necessary for homeless children and youth to enroll, remain, and succeed in school.
